I love popping into Whittard and this particular branch is no exception. Not only does Whittard have some very likeable and desirable products — I’ve got my eye on the Keep Calm and Carry On Mugs — but the staff are always so friendly. The reason I particularly like the Nottingham branch is because of the staff. It may be a small layout but it always looks immaculate and I have never once felt short-changed by the staff. All in all a lovely place to go.

I love the chocolate covered coffee beans. So when i seen this shop in Bridlesmith gate i was sooo excited that i could get my ‘fix’ but the size of the shop as others have mentioned is TINY !! If someone else is in there you have to breathe in, kind of thing. Not ideal for shopping with young children as again i was terrified of banging into anything. The staff are great though which adds to your overall shopping experience. But for safety reasons i think i will have to continue ordering online(theres better bargains online i found) and forget going into the shop. I find myself holding my breathe in there

I am a coffee-holic and so this shop is heaven for me! Its really small and im always afraid of knocking something over and breaking it, but I cant resist. They sell many ranges of tea and coffee, as well as accessories such as perculators and mugs. They offer a grinding service and have great ‘flavoured’ coffee, such as Irish Cream or Vanilla. They also sell Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans, which are fabulous! Great for gifts too.

Whittard Of Chelsea is a small little shop situated on Bridlesmith Gate, just a short walk from Nottingham’s Market Square. The stock selection is wide and varied — from Chinese Pu-Erch tea to the more traditional English Breakfast tea and from freshly ground coffee to raw beans. The shop also supplies hot chocolate, beverage making equipment and biscuits. The items are certainly not the cheapest you’ll find, but farmers are supported in their home countries and the quality is good. 3 for 2 offers can often be found which helps lessen the individual cost per unit. The gift sets are something to look out for. They’re really quite lovely and beautifully packaged.
