When the time comes to have to find a funeral service you usually either have to rely on pot luck or recommendation — well here’s the latter, why leave it to luck when you have to spend over £2000.
Fortunately when my father died we decided to go with the Co 0p and I’m so glad we did. From the minute we walked into building we were made very welcome, being offered refreshments and treated with the utmost respect and humour when needed.
Robert dealt with everything for us, helping us make the right decisions for our needs and wants with regards to the funeral and even with what to do with the ashes.
I can only praise Robert for his dealings with us, he was patient, kind, respectful, humourous at appropriate times and very, very helpful.
My mother has decided to take out a funeral plan with the co op as she was so impressed.
