Very disappointing. Took ages to complete repairs (almost one month versus their claim of maximum of 10 working days on the site And no, the repairs were basic not specialist. Did not reply at all to my email enquiry regarding status. Did not call first to confirm cost, simply called after the fact to get credit card.
Very basic repairs, no refurbishing or cleaning included as boasted about on their website, even though specifically requested.
First class? More like economy.
