The Rib Shack is located on a small street in the middle of a residential area. Once I walked in my expectations did waiver a little as the décor was lacking, it resembled a café more than a american bar and grill as advertised except for a giant poster of the American flag. Of course, I ordered a full rack of ribs which came with coleslaw, onion rings and chips for £13.95. The ribs were lacking flavour but they did fall off the bone. I love a good portion of coleslaw but unfortunately this coleslaw tasted like it was out of a store bought container. The chips and onion rings were both luke warm when they arrived. My mother however ordered a steak and was pleasantly suprised as they cooked it exactly how she liked it, medium rare and it came with sautéed potatoes and bearnaise sauce. The service was great, they were attentive and friendly but I won’t be returning.
