I called into their Oswaldtwistle office on Thursday 5 Dec 24 and was greeted by a really polite gentleman, we exchanged courtesies and I ask if he had a door part for my Jeep Renegade. Within a few minutes the part I wanted was on the counter and I paid for it and he explained that I had a 2 months guarantee on the part which I thought was fair especially as I live only 5 miles away. The part was fitted by my body shop today and everything is fine. I am so glad I ignored the horrible negative reviews I read for this business. They weren’t rude to me but we had some great banter, which I like. I would use again, thank you.
