Such an interesting and great selection of food, lovely people as well. They offer free home delivery — it’s my go-​to choice for a yummy takeaway!

What a find. Since finding this place fairly recently it is always a consideration for a meal out, even though its 2 buses (or a taxi or bike ride) away.

Really tasty and interesting food, presumably from the Indian/​Nepalese border as it includes a few staples for the faint hearted, but there is plenty of different stuff. Check out the momos as a starter. The King Prawn Biryani (called the Royal Biryani) is a great main course, but I have had several options now and not been let down.
They are half restaurant, half pub, and the pub serves London Pride!!! A king amongst draught beers and at a reasonable price.
It always seems to be frequented by friendly people loking for a quiet night out. I haven’t yet seen a bunch of leery lads, or worse still a large student social dominating the evening, and I suspect i never will.
If you like asian food and fancy something a little different I strongly recommend that you support this lovely little place. Not the easiest to find, but well worth the trip.

Everest Nepalese is my favourite restaurant. The only bad thing about it is that I never want to go anywhere else!
Slightly off the beaten track of the Cowley Rd, the food is similar to Indian, but a bit different (lighter perhaps?) and absolutely delicious — I particularly recommend the Shangrila Chicken, Himalayan Lamb and the Maahji Macha. Quite a variety of dishes on the menu, all reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly and the service quick. 10% discount on take-​away collections.
I rave about this place to anyone I can! Go, go, go!
