The theme seems to be healthy cuisine that isn’t too faddish or overearnest ‘brown rice and granola’ style. Just lean, healthy, fresh, mediteranean cuisine. Amazing babaganoush and moussaka. I was happy to find many wheat free here options as well. A welcome relief from the otherwise stultifying pub cuisine that seems to dominate this part of the world.
