twenty ten is SHIT. Don’t waste your time or money — I arranged to have a restyle and formal blow dry before a ball and the stylist was running so late they essentially decided to cancel my appointment. Absolutely appalling — and it was too late to get an appointment elsewhere. Even one star is too high a rating.

Made an appointment. Went there and got told that the hairdresser is absent but no phone calls to let me know whatsoever. The girl, I guessed not well-​trained, who washed my hair was pathetic she does not know how to give a proper hairwash– the back of my neck nor my whole scalp was not washed thoroughly as when i left the salon the dried bits from bleaching products was still there and on the side of my face. PLUS after she blew dry my hair she did not even comb and style it she made me leave with roughly dried and tangled hair! However, JUST the staff with red hair seemed sophisticated if you get her then you’ll be fine, but other than that i did not experienced a good service because other staffs are so poorly trained you wouldnt trust them with your beloved hair would you.

I’ve been going to Twentyten for a year now and I have to say it was a very wise decision to make. Not only the prices are amazingly afordable for a ‘City Centre Hairdresser’ but the staff are very friendly, approachable and professional. Will a be going there again? Definitely!
