Having a big life changing problem and not knowing how to deal with it causes no end of stress and worry, but luckily enough we have a fantastic service offered by our local Citizens Advice Bureau.
We recently ventured in out of desperation and thank goodness we did — I have nothing but praise for the volunteers and workers here. We were treated with respect and understanding, without feeling rushed or pressured for time. Our caseworker was completely professional and although I got a bit emotional she sorted everything out to a very happy conclusion.
