Co-op

This is quite a small local Co-​op so it often seems to be really cramped. There is only room for one person in the aisle at a time and if that person is a member of staff rest assured they will not move for you! As it is quite a small shop, they always run out of Special Deals really quickly and you will be lucky to get bread or milk after about 7pm. There is quite a large wine and beer section which is handy and a small freezer and fridge section too. They do sell newspapers but not magazines.

A small Co-​Op with not a good selection and sometimes doesn’t even have the basics. Convenient if you need milk or a newspaper. The staff generally don’t care, and its overpriced. They have bread, fruit and veg, dairy a frozen bit, biscuits, tea and coffee, a few toiletries, soft drinks, alcohol, cigarrettes. One good thing about this store is their compostable carrier bags which seems to be a brilliant idea! I was amused to see they took a stance this year at halloween of responsible egg selling. It will be law soon. im sure.
