Presently this is by far the best supermarket around, in my opinion! Plenty of parking, not overly expensive, friendly and helpful staff, management you can easily find, and talk to, and particularly good meat. BUT it’s undergoing a major upgrade(completed by May, 2012, I believe) and if this means that groceries(why I go there!) are compromised to create space, for example, for Kids’ clothes, or there becomes less variety, then reluctantly I might have to consider a return to Sainsbury’s,

There is always plenty of parking and the queues at the checkout never seem too long. The store is clean and the staff are helpful. There is a petrol station attached which is very handy, especially as you can earn vouchers to spend in Morrisons. The fruit and veg is very reasonably priced and is always high quality. They have many offers around the store on every day items.

I think this is one of the best supermarkets in Plymouth. There is masses of parking, although when busy even this doesn’t seem enough. The aisles are easy to traverse and it is well laid out. There are regularly plenty of bargains to be had.

This is definately my favourite supermarket, as far as fresh foods go this supermarket exceeds the rest. You have a section with fresh cakes and doughnuts, that gives Waitrose a run for his money, a fresh fish counter, butchers counter, market street(for all your fruit and veg), and a chicken counter. Everything is really well laid out and you can flow from section to section without forgetting items and having to go back. The alcohol section is very clear and seperated from the rest of the store. There are always lots of promotions and you can always find them just by walking down the centre of the store. It can get a bit busy but it is on a very busy road and has a McDonalds in the carpark as well as the usual petrol station and shop.

Fantastic offers. Probably the best selection of locally sourced fresh fish in town. Well stocked although a bit busy.

This is one of the best morrisons you will come across. The store is massive and instead of crowding in too many extra areas like clothes and motor bits they have made the store spacious. There is a good café area on the right as soon as you enter the store and dotted along the back of the store are loads of fresh market street stores incudling pizza, salad, hot chicken, buthers, fish etc.

A really friendly supermarket. Staff are always polite and happy. A good range of products and recently some great deals on different items so worth a good look around. The fruit section is very good with good quality products and lots of variety and they stock a large selection of magazines with some of the less common ones. This is on the main road into town from the A38 so well worth stopping off. The car park can get quite busy, especially at the weekend as it is very close to the football ground but Ive never had a problem during the week and in the evenings. Overall one of my favourite stores.

Definitely my favourite supermarket in Plymouth, I just started going here about a month ago and have been very impressed, especially with the deli, butchery and bakery section. The staff are always helpful and actually know what they’re talking about. Cheerful checkout staff too. Great offers

An excellent supermarket, with lots of buy one get one free offers each week. What I love about this store is the way they have a photo developing unit and dry cleaners. I’ve used the photo part many times and it saves time as you’re there doing your shopping anyway! As with all supermarkets, customer service is very high on the agenda, and there are always plenty of staff hanging around the aisles who seem to know every minute detail about where everything can be found. At times it feels like some of these people should be on the tils, as cues can build up quite quickly, but still — you can’t have everything I suppose.
