2 appalling visits to this pizza hut, food was fine but the service is terrible. On both trips the waitresses forgot to give the children cutlery for their dessert, 1st trip they even forgot the bowls! i had to get up and look for a waitress, both to order and to ask for cutlery, even after she’d forgotten the cutlery for the children! on the second visit one waitress thought she was being clever and brought the bill to the table, sarcastically saying she’d brought it over for my convenience so i wouldn’t have to get up and look for someone so i then took the bill to the till to pay and told her i’d come over to pay for her convenience, it wiped the smug look straight off her face. frustrating visits but i guess you can’t expect too much from a chain restaurant run by adolescents

Of all the pizza chains I believe this one is the worst. The pizza pasts muster if you have only had those sorts that come frozen from a supermarket. They are the British version of pizza and seem to have not a lot in common with the Italian concept. The salads are just vegetables cut up and some obviously from a tin. It’s not a bad place to take the kids because it fills them up but really don’t bother for a night out. If you want to eat something in the Talbot Green shopping place then go to the Marks and Spencer café.

I’ve only ever ordered from the menu at this pizza hut as I have never been there in time for the buffet. Each time I have been here there’s been no problem getting a seat as there’s plenty of room, but there never seem to be many staff working so you have to wait quite a while to be served at the weekends. The menu is quite varied and includes pastas and sharing options. Drinks include delicious smoothies as well as the usual soft drinks and coffees. On the pepsi and tango you also get unlimited free refills which can be great if you’re planning on devouring a large pizza to yourself! If you’re driving there I’d say try to park directly behin pizza hut(away from the argos side) as the middle(main) car park gets pretty full. Also the roads in and out are busy so use the crossings!

This restaurant is generally popular which means that sometimes there is a queue to get in, but once you’re there it’s worth it. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help, there’s quite a big range of food, and the decoration in the restaurant is nice. The restaurant is suitable for all ages as they also have a kids menu, and don’t worry if you don’t like pizza as they also have pasta and a salad bar. It is wheelchair friendly and also has a baby changing facility, there are high chairs as well, but if you are not fussy on eating in you can also get a take-away. The nearest parking spaces are right outside in the retail park, but most of the time there is not much room there because of the shops just opposite.

Large out of town store located on a busy retail park meaning parking spaces can be limited at peak times. Staff are very friendly here and helpful. There can sometimes be a wait for tables here. Food is always hot and plentyful. Menu is regularly changed. Ideal for a bite to eat after a hard days shop.

This is in a great spot for a bite to eat when shopping. There is a carpark on the retail park but it does get very busy on the weekends. The actual Pizza it normally busy but you can normally get a table within about 10 minutes at peak times. They offer the standard Pizza Hut Menu and also offer the buffet at various times. There is also an option to have some drinks with free refills which is great when you have children. It is a really child friendly with plenty a high chairs. The staff are really helpful and don’t rush you even when they are busy. It is worth looking at their on-line page as I have been e-mailed various money off vouchers for 50% off food.

This pizza hut is located in a busy retail park. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but the food is always hot and tasty. Childrens menu comes with an activity pack and crayons. The menu has changed recently to introduce pasta. Soft drinks come with free refills when you can get someone to refill it for you. It is quite pricey so we dont visit often.

The all you can eat buffet is very good value, but they do take their time bringing out the pizzas so that you fill up on salads. The prices on the main menu can be a little dear, but for an occasional treat its ok. They have a special childrens menu, which comes with a free activity bag, and all soft drinks come with free refills.
