Palmer Snell

to put our house on the market we chose palmer snell it was with out doubt the worst choice we ever made, in 2 weeks they could not get a thing right dispite us pointing out every mistake they made as it went along .
then we found a place unfortunatly with ps [we will phone you back ] this was after we had seen it, i said i will wait for the call, yea right 3 hours later i phoned them only to be told [he is out of the office ] yes you told that to me 3 hours ago, another hour and he brings me while im on the way home ! then we find out they put a place on the market and none of the details were signed off ! so when we put an offer in we were informed they wanted £5000 more even though the advert included the items in there blurb, dispite being told we dont enter into bidding wars the agent said [I WILL CALL YOU BACK ] yea dont hold your breath, i did not HE WAS TOLD i did not want it, he had nothing in writing and insisted we had made an offer ! i said no and walked .
the we found another place guess what yes palmer snell again, so phoned up and quess who answered the phone yep same guy ‚[saying you cant make an offer on that place there is a conflict of interest ] it got worse then he said ok i will put an offer in [I WILL PHONE YOU BACK ] he did a day later with[ oh i have spoken to one of the owners but her other half is at work and when he gets home I WILL PHONE YOU, it just went on and on .
so palmer snell lost the sale of one of their properties and then lost the sale of another because one of their negociators likes to keep people waiting !
