Pizza Hut

Poor and arrogant customer service by most staff members. Served used bottle of Kid’s fruit shoot. Ran out of pizzas at the buffet. Additional order took over 15 minutes to fill up. When asked for caremlised onion pizza (as offered on the menu) they served margerita pizza with some onions on the top… absolute joke and more than that felt insulted by the staff. Finally when no food arrived and a slight «accidental push» from the manager Tony, I gave up my plans to continue eating and informed the same to the manager about «my» decision of not paying nor eating. Without a second thought, I was asked to leave the reataurant which I felt was very insulting. As my family and kids were already having their salad and pasta etc, I did not leave but did pay the full amount charged for all other buffet lunch prices. I have now made a complaint to the consumer relations so lets see what they investigate and come back with! See attached picture of their funny and sad joke of serving me a margerita with onions calling it caremlised onion pizza. Irrespective of my issues with Pizza Hut people, they even vented a negative behaviour with my friends who had accompanied me and later did apologize for an uncalled and unnessary rude behaviour.

Like any other pizza hut although you can’t use some promotions there as they are a ‘trial’ restaurant or something, baisically we were told we couldn’t use a voucher cause they’re used to start new dishes and report back to hq or something. Anyways we still got a discount using our cinema ticket. Waitress was lovely and friendly. The half baked cookie dough is amazing, they do single or double portions, honestly I could probably eat the one meant for two people!

I ordered a half and half pizza with a friend last time I was here. My half was ham and black olive, I got half an olive on each piece! I was appalled at the meanness.
Apart from that the portions are good –ish, but I do feel it’s a bit expensive. Their garlic bread is really good though.
Children end up crying because of the ice cream bar — but that is the big pull to use the chain.
Not a priority for me.
