The food is fresh and of good quality yet it would taste a great deal better if the atmosphere was improved. We spent the meal not feeling welcomed or relaxed although the staff were friendly and polite.
In addition to this you can clearly listen in on other diners conversations as there is no background music and the seating is quite close together. Where I was sat, I felt very exposed as I could easily hear what was being said both behind and next to me and yet I was sat looking at an empty restaurant.
Appearance wise the restaurant is clean, tidy and functional; possibly a little too functional. A bunch of flowers or greenery here and there would not go amiss. It just lacks those few finishing touches that would make it welcoming.

Excellent food in a great setting, let down by a clearly inexperienced team. Much of our meal and those around us was spent trying to catch the eye of our waiter.
The space is beautifully fitted out but still somehow lacks atmosphere acoustically.
We visited just over a month after opening. I’m sure over time things should improve.
