This is a nice pub with welcoming staff and a good reasonable menu. There is quite a lot of seating outside so nice for the summer but it can get busy along the Quay especially when there are special events on and Bikers night on a Tuesday. The food is good and there are some good offers from time to time.

This pub can be very crowded as its a local haunt but that doesnt mean its a rowdy pub, beause it isnt they offer good service and welcome atmosphere.

A very decent pub on the Quay, facing toward Brownsea Island.
It attracts a lot of tourists in the summer, but certainly is a ‘local’. There are live bands on cerain nights, and the crowd is generally friendly.
The staff are friendly enough and the food is pretty good. Nothing outstanding though.
There are about eight pubs along the quay.
