Streets Nitespot

Streets is a Porthcawl nightclub situated inside the Porthcawl Hotel. There are two floors — although I think that the upstairs only opens on Fridays and Saturdays.
Streets is a typical small town nightclub — the downstairs décor is definately retro — and not in a modern, ironic way — I doubt if it has been decorated since it first opened. There is a small woden dancefloor a bar and some seating. Upstairs is like being in someones scuzzy flat — a small bar and dancefloor, and some unmatched sofas.
Streets can be a decent night out — probably best if you are porthcawl born and bred, as you’re sure to spot plenty of people you know. Now that Porthcawl is down to two nightclubs it’s the best of a bad bunch.
