Great store. friendly staff especially the youngsters which is nice to see. good location. escalators and lift.

I like this M&S, has 2 floors, small café area upstairs. On this occasion nipped in for a earnie & drink, unusually I was not tempted by anything else, blame the hot weather.

This is a nice big Marks and Spencer store on 2 floors. It has a fair size food hall, a large clothing department and a little café. The clothing is good quality and they are now selling a range of fair trade clothing at very reasonable prices. The women’s clothing is on the ground floor, with the lingerie and night wear on the first floor.
The store has entrances in the Commercial Road precinct and also in the Cascades shopping centre. The first floor is accessible by stairs, escalator or lift.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful and there are changing rooms on each floor so you can try things on.

This M&S is a fairly big one, sat right in the middle of the Cascades in town.
It has a wider range of clothing and accessories, but i do feel these tend to be aimed at either children, or the 30+.
The ‘supermarket’ bit is by far the best thing in this store, always fresh with staff happy to assist in anything you need. They also have some great seasonal goods!
The café in this branch is disappointing, as it only sells hot sandwiches and paninis. I’d like to see them start something like jacket potatoes too.
The other massive bonus with the store is the Bureau De Change — always up at the top with the best exchange rates!

This is a kind of ‘traditional’ M&S store with a lot of old fixtures and fittings — it’s almost like going back 10 years in time! The café upstairs is very modern though and serves great food but is pricey. The toilets are a little strange in that you wait in a long corridor for single cubicles to become free and it’s not that easy to work out who’s turn it is! Nicely laid out and good sign posting.

This Marks and Spencer has a café upstairs, their coffee is too bitter for my tastes, but that’s OK as they do lots of other drinks I like. I often buy food and their salads are the best I’ve had and the increasing amount of special promotions does draw me in. I/​m often given M & S gift vouchers at Christmas time and find their menswear department a good place to shop for my partner. They have toilet facilities, and are very accessible if you have a buggy or wheelchair. The staff are always really helpful, and I’ve never had a bad shopping experience with them.
