Elle’s Baguettes

So I stumbled into this place with a colleague who works in our Reading office, and was quite surprised by not only the quality of the food that was presented to me, but also the variety of selection. This place makes baguettes to order, with a variety of toppings that create virtually thousands of unique creations. You choose your baguette with your toppings, get a soda and Walkers crisps for £3.50.
The selection is extraordinary, including Peking Duck, Jerk Chicken, Chicken Tikka Marsala, Meatball Salsa, and Chilli Chicken! I had the basil (pesto) chicken, which was refreshing, delicious and filling.
I also tried some more standard fare, including their lucious cookies and a sausage pasty. All in all, I enjoyed my reasonably priced lunch around an outside table under the sun.
