Not too unfriendly a bunch necessarily, but it’s not a particularly customer service orientated branch.
There’s always loads of phones ringing in the background and no one ever answering them. There’s usually only about 1 person serving and they’re not normally super-​helpful at that.
I hate having to go in here, but sometime I need them unfortunately.
