As a redhill local I often visit the Belfry centre but I must say that in comparison to other shopping centres it is very dissapointing. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to visit the Belfry on a shopping spree. If you are looking for good shopping centres around this area your best bets would be Crawley, Croydon or Sutton.

Visited today. The Frame People are still here, after closing their Epsom Branch, and they were very amused that it still had not been occupied since then, and all the other units seem to be full, a little different from the last time I visited, when many were closing due to the recession. Meanwhile Redhill now looks like many of these«Clone» Towns, by that I mean all shops appear to be part of chains, franchises, groups or satellite copies of each other?

Although the car park entry is a bit of a up slide contour, the actual shopping centre is well thought out and easy access to shops inside. Certainly many changes within.

A good shopping centre that seems well laid out and fairly straight forward. There is a wide variety of shops available and there are plenty of other facilities. There is adequate parking and plenty of seating areas. What i don’t like is the general theme. Recently they spent thousands refurbishing the place and it still looks dull, something that really makes you want to stay outdoors.

Not a bad shopping centre, but in my opinion it could do with a department store. There is an m & s but they do very little other than clothes and food. I am a frequent visitor but that it just for ease, if I need to do some serious shopping I would venture a bit further and go to Crawley/croydon/sutton.

The Belfry is a little out of date, And the stained glass windows certainly need an update. The maroon and beige theme needs a change also. There are 2 levels of carparking space, cant imagine them being regulary filled up. The shops inside are ok, the tacky temporary shops bring it down a bit though. The best 2 shops are Body Shop and Topshop, but the others are all generally needed. It has all kinds of shops– a stationary shop, christmas shop, bookshop, card shop, café, kitchen shop, tv shop, carpet shop and plenty of clothes shops. It recently had new lifts installed, and the christmas lights are on. I definately prefer Croydon and Crawley, no need for a comparison there.
