I was seen by Dr Renz regarding my thyroid problem. Blood tests were done and the results were ready the same day. The results were explained to me so that as non medical person can understand. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and I did not have to wait. The registration was online and the test results were emailed to me so that I can refer to them when needed or accessed where ever I am. I had a follow up call which was very useful knowing that somebody I can go back to should I need.
I would definitely recommend the practice.

I received a friendly reception after entering their quiet, well kept building. I saw Dr Schramm, who was informative and much more kind than most doctors you’ll encounter. A little warmth goes a long way when you are visiting a doctor for any reason and the Richmond Practice is a wonderful, full service family healthcare practice with a great team I don’t think you could find at an NHS hospital.
