Office carries a selection great brands like Toms, Hudson and Flossy, along with their own line. The prices are reasonable and they almost always have a sale on. The staff at this store are much more helpful than some of the other locations. They are always quick to find my size/order things online if they don’t have them in. The only thing keeping them from five stars is the excess of throw away shoes. Too many cheap, unattractive pairs that a young hipster or club bunny my find appealing. Not enough investment pieces.

I needed some shoes that were stylish yet comfortable — shoes that would allow me to walk around town with looking out slovenly, nor receiving a blister on my feet. The Office seemed to meet those requirements, as it offered a wide variety of trendy shoes. Unfortunately, it did not offer a wide variety of sizes, and I quickly discovered the first two pairs of shoes I was interested in were not available in my size. I settled on a third pair, and luckily, they were in stock. I purchased the shoes — a pair of suede loafers — and wore them out the door. That first day, I was quite impressed with my new loafers, and found them to be extremely comfortable. I felt better about my purchase — the shoes were a bit expensive, but I felt the added expense was worthwhile, as I felt as though I was walking on clouds. However, my elation quickly turned to annoyance, as the shoes lasted just a month before I had to throw them out with the rubbish. The soles wore out first, then the suede, which started to develop holes on the sides, near the top of the loafers. Suede is a relatively strong material, and new suede certainly should not tear — or in this case, it was more like disintegrate — so quickly. I would not buy from The Office again. Their prices are high, and their shoes are simply not quality products.
