I grew up using Hoo library and so I do have fond memories of it! Granted it is not the largest library around, but it is in Hoo so you can’t really expect something as big as you would get in a town.
It is tucked away down a road, church street, not surprisingly right next to the church.
Make sure you check out the times if you want to pop along as it is not open every day. Sundays and Wednesdays it is shut. and Tuesdays and Thursdays it is only open in the afternoon. Saturdays is fine though.
I’ve always found it quite a calming place, lots of pine, good childrens section!
