Badly trained staff and not all of them are very nice at all!
Real problems came when trying to cancel joint membership because my wife has incurable cancer. Letters lost, emails ignored and eventually we were still stung for hundreds or go to court! No sympathy for our situation and shocking lack of communication apart from their threatening demand letters.
Frankly Bannatynes stink and please avoid like the plague!!!
