Quality food and service at a berry reasonable price. Been coming here for years and there is a reason this is a brook lands main stay. There’s always a line out of the door. They deliver too which is a bonus!

A poor showing from Emilios this week. We ordered a take away from Emilios with some friends on Sunday night and it was quite dire to be honest. Their chips have always been questionable but they were absolutely awful. Barely edible and tasteless. The pizza was not great either, a bit undercooked and again little flavour. The delivery was on time which actually is unusual for them. It was a bad experience and has out me off using them if I’m honest. If anyone knows a decent take away in Sale give it a review on here as we are in need of some options!

The food is great but the service awful. I’d say average waiting time is 30 minutes INTHESTORE. Most staff committed to telephone orders. Customers who turn up are treated like 2nd hand citizens. Only go if you enjoy waiting. UPDATE: I’m sitting at home awaiting my delivery. I phoned 65 minutes ago. It was meant to be here after 50 minutes. I’m told it won’t even be waiting to leave for another 5 minutes. By the time it get’s here I’ll have been waiting almost an HOUR& A HALF! ROTTENSERVICE.

I’m not sure which came first… Emilio’s or the Little B pub next door, but whichever way round, they must both do each other enormous favours… Emilio’s is a sale institution and in a town where takeaways proliferate, Emilio’s stands out head and shoulders above the rest. It has an army of staff on any busy evening so you’ll never wait long for your food, and they also deliver too. They cater for most of the mainstream takeaway foods including Pizzas(excellent large vegetarian at under a tenner), good quality fish and chips(including pies, chicken etc) and a locally renowned kebabs and burgers all of which are prepared on a charcoal grill while you wait. The presence of(what I presume to be) the actual Emilio(owner, founder and boss) guarantees that the place runs with ruthless efficiency and the delivery van can often be seen at all corners of Sale… I’m not sure of what their delivery policy is but a builder-friend of mine often has lunch delivered to his work site! A trip to Emilio’s is always a pleasure, particularly when visiting the next door Little B, and I would recommend it to anyone… Probably even worth the five minute walk down the road from Brooklands tram stop if you’re feeling peckish while on the Metrolink.

I used to go to Emilios all the time back in the day and I used to know someone who was related to the owner so I dont really want to say anything bad about the place. I still love going there now but unfortunetly I think its probably based more on nostalgia than the food because I have noticed that over time theire standards have slowly declined. I live in Sale and if I ever order takeaway then I go to the starving man in Altrincham but if I’m really lazy and cant be bothered travelling then I’d go Emilios. Emilios is a good substitute and in my opinion there is NO other places anyone should go to appart from the starving man and emilios if they want to order takeaway.
