We were unaware this was a chain until we got the menu. The food was good and good value for the money. Both the arriabata and the carbonara were first rate. Service was deplorable from a bumbling start to the 45 minutes our plates stayed on the table after we had finished with only two other dinners in the place. Three stars for acceptable and reasonable food. One for the worst service in Wiltshire.

Lots of vegetarian options and a good location, I guess this is a UK chain as we saw them all over London but it made for a nice comfortable meal our first night after a long day of travel overseas.

We had a fabulous meal at this Salisbury Presso on Sunday 12^th September the food was excellent and well presented. The staff and Manager were lovely, a very good value meal.
One thing that could have ruined our evening was a very rude and obnoxious woman who complained that her main course had come out to soon fair enough, but she was so rude to the waitress which (I admired for keeping her calm) she then wanted to let the whole restaurant know that she had a problem .
We all felt she was over the top and probably out for a free meal.
All the other dinner, s seemed very happy and were clearly enjoying themselves .Well done Presso we will be back soon.

I previously wrote a review for this restaurant and vowed never to go again. But someone persuaded me to give it another chance.
And what a difference to the first time. We were greeted with a smile and a most helpful waitress. The children were given sheets to colour in etc.
The childs meal at £4.95 was too big for a child to eat!
Nothing was to much trouble. and we experienced a level of service other restaurants would do well to copy.
It goes to prove choosing and training the right staff can make all the difference to your business

Agree with other review. A nice location but the food isnt amazing nor is it very affordable. Maybe visit Strada or ASK instead.

The restaurant claims that Prezzo is about providing great quality Italian food in a friendly and relaxed environment at reasonable prices. Having recently been to Italy i fail to see the similarities.
The restaurant was actually quite dirty when we arrived. The head waiter was rude and seemed far too young to be taking on the Saturday night rush and the diners did not look happy whatsoever.
The food came late in the night, only made bearable by the quality wines they stocked. My antipasto was poor and the sides were tiny and expensive. Give this one a miss.
