The owner of this shop and her staff are so lovely, the atmosphere has a friendly welcoming vibe and you feel like you are in your local village shop where everyone knows each other. if she hasnt go the item you want in stock she’ll do her hardest to get it for you.

This is definately the place to go in Saltash if your after any advice or products related to health foods. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable for these sort of products. For a realtively small shop the stock is vast, being packed into the shelves. Access into and around the store can be difficult with a pram but the isles are clear, the store is clean and tidy and well lit and prices are clearly labelled. Parking is in the street outside (although limited) or in the main Saltash car park area that serves this street of shops.
