Been here loads of times and always had a good time, they have a great range of real ales which you are welcome to try a little taste of before deciding. They also have Estrella beer which is one of my favorites from Spain so I usually go for that.
The staff are friendly and we usually have a bit of banter with them it all makes for a good evening. The food here is popular and although we dont usually eat I have a couple of times and was happy with the quality and price. They do miss out to the eternal lure of the Indian place directly over the road though !
On the whole I like the pub, the staff and the general atmosphere.
I will be back soon.
