This is a lovely authentic Italian eatery with an outstanding deli in one part. The pizza was outstanding — simple crispy and juicy in just the right places. Frito misto was delightfully crispy and tasteful.
The main course and second was also excellent.
Do not forget the desserts they are absolutely lovely. Their panettone bread and butter pudding as well as the chocolate fondue were v good
Service and décor make you feel even more like you are in Italy — the price will not — but I suspect you would not mind.
They also had a decent kids menu and stuff for children to do — which contributes immensely to the overall meal as most parents with young kids will agree.

This place is quite perfect. The pizza is very Italian, somehow crisp and soggy at the same time. Really, if you have never been to Italy for a pizza come here, it’s what they are really like and they are just divine. You walk in through a deli to the restaurant and there is a 1950s Moto Guzzi on the wall, how cool is that. They also have some less run-​of-​the-​mill Italian beer to drink too.

I love this place. you enter the restaurant through a shop full of Italian treats … the wafts of bread, meats and cheeses making you dribble with anticipation … mmmmmmmm
The restaurant itself is lovely, the waiting staff always friendly and the food. The Meatballs are a particular favorite … CAPPELLA ROMANA Tagliatelle pasta with Nonna’s meatballs wrapped in Speck ham & baked in the oven, served with a bolognaise sauce served impeccibly.
I love it, its pricey but in my eyes worth it !

This is the most attractive place. Whoever does the shop & window displays deserves a medal. Half of the shop is an upmarket deli full of luxury Italian fayre and the like. The other half is an extremely professional restaurant. Well drilled and capable staff, an ‘off-​piste’ Italian menu and, for the quality, reasonable prices. Enjoyed an excellent seafood risotto and I hear Nonnas’ meatballs are good too! A classy, independent operation that is really worthy of support.
