This Subway is really good, much better than some of the other Subway’s I have visited. It is fairly small and doesnt have many tables and chairs but the staff are really helpful and the store was very clean. Much nicer atmosphere than some of the fast food places in Meadowhall. I have heard that another Subway is opening in Meadowhall with a larger seating area so Im sure it will be worth a visit. As for the coment by Philyyy, some of the sandwiches are full of salt but not the value ones, I picked a nutrition guide up from this store and the Ham, Turkey or Tuna are actually quite low in fat, salt etc and they offer a salad bowl so you can opt out of the ‘baddies’.

Reading Philyyy’s review, I think I must have been on the edge of starvation. I rarely go in a Subway(I had a bad experience after too many ciders combined with too many slices of gherkins one night), but today I happened to be just the right sort of hungry, and Subway was right there as I was leaving Meadowhall, tempting me in with its distinctive smell. I had an Italian BMT on some fancy bread with herbs in it, and it was bang on. Just what I was after, and although it may have been full of salt and other baddies, it tasted delicious and also healthy as I made them ram it full of salad. Yum yum yum. The restaurant(can it be called that?!) is small, with all the tables(all four of ‘em) out the front, in the main concourse bit, but it was a little bit al-fresco-esque. Did the job, anyway, so I give it three stars.

The same as every other Subway every where in the world. Pretends it’s healthy but full of salt and other baddies. Only go if you’re on the edge of starvation.
