Mulberry factory shop

I loved the store in July and will be back on this visit, the store is in a beautiful building as well. The store has some great bargains and some lovely things to spend your money on. The staff were very lovely and helpful.

I have called them up twice now and both times they have answered quickly and have provided a lot of information to me. Such as they can post out to people, for Surrey it is £7.50 next day. There are sales around the year for up to 50% of!!! I am now on their mailing list to get priority notifications etc.
All stock is last season apparently and there are often subs (substandard) too for good discounts.
I haven’t been there mind, but so far quite wonderful and they even said they looked forward to seeing me when I visit: o)

Visited the factory shop today. Who on earth chooses the staff they watch your every move very snobby think they are above themselves. They were more like security staff. There were so so many of them It is be a sad reflection on British customer services to foreign tourists. They were happy to chat amongst themselves but i think some of their faces may crack if they were to smile.
I felt so uncomfortable i could not be bothered to buy. Well done Mullberry makes me embarrased to be British.

By all means have a look around but be prepared for discourteous, unfriendly and extremely rude staff. Having travelled a significant distance and parted with a not insignificant amount of money, the least one would expect is to be acknowledged as a valued customer. The purchase was left on the counter rather than handed to us and the girl that served us walked away immediately after serving as if we were not worth a single moment of her time. I may have been more surprised had it not been for the previous negative staff reviews I had read before arrival.
Perhaps staff should bear in mind that the quality of the products attracts people into the shop, but it is the quality of customer service that makes customers reconsider returning.

Having called at the Edinburgh store, with a view to replacing my husband’s wallet, the Factory Outlet in Shepton Mallet was contacted by ‘phone. An order was placed, and paid for, and the goods were received, no thanks to the mis-​spelling of our Name, mis-​spelling of our address, each of which had been phonetically advised so as to have no problems. How do you manage to change our name? Quite simply YULE becomes Yewle, part of our address RIGG becomes Ridd, and our town LIVINGSTON becomes Livingstone. Congratulations to the UPS driver for finding

This is a really good place if you like Mulberry but can’t or don’t want to pay the usual price tag. Although prices are still quite high, they have been sustantially reduced.
There is a good range available including men’s and women’s wear and luggage. There is free parking outside the shop and easy accesss.
Changing rooms are clean and there is a bucket of toys to entertain restless toddlers.
There is also a small coffee shop selling drinks and cakes which are lovely!

Mulberry is well worth travelling for if you like there products as the Mulberry factory shop located on the outskirts of shepton mallet offer some fantastic prices on Mulberry items.
I personally am not that interested in Mulberry products but I have been in to look at bargains for presents etc. The shop itself is not very big. There is a couple of members of staff inside this store and I felt like I was being watched as I looked around. This might have all been in my head as it is not the type of shop I usually shop in and I felt a little out of place!
The shop is a beautiful building that was a former schoolhouse. The inside is spotlessly clean and in amazing condition.
There is a changing room if you feel confident enough to try on any clothes.
The shop sells handbags, purses, clothes, belts and a few other bits. I thought the prices were about half price at the factory shop compared to the Mulberry items sold elsewhere.
There is some parking available outside the shop, which is great for convenience.

Absolutely worth a detour if you are in Somerset and like Mulberry.
This little factory outlet in an old school in Shepton Mallet can sometimes deliver some great bargains.
Good selection of handbags, luggage, belts and purses. Clothing is more limited, but still very much worth checking out.
At the back of the store there is a small café, and some Mulberry fabrics and off cuts for sale.
Staff is helpful but nicely relaxed (must be the country air!)
