I won’t bother thinking because the lights are on, it’s worth going again.

Clean & tidy MacDonalds on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.
Same general MacD fayre as in any other MacD restaurant. Service was a bit slow but staff were friendly and polite. Free car parking and an efficient drive thru.
Restaurant apparently has free Wi-​Fi but not tested personally.
This restaurant at Meole Brace is much cleaner than the MacD on the other side of Shrewsbury (Battlefield).

Here we go again, MacDonald’s, providing emergency lunch rations at a pace, with a tightly closed generously sized salad box topped by grilled chicken bits. The lid definitely confirmed that the salad was made fresh today — nothing added — just good old fashioned herbage and the chicken tasted like, well, chicken — no probs, I believed them.
AND, FREE WiFi,
Along with a cup of tea, all for £4.20 — no wonder the place is packed (mind you, not many salad orders ringing through the tills).
Clean and tidy version of the franchise chain, pleasant staff and quite a lot of them to keep order even though the place was really busy.
Still big enough inside to cope and accommodate me, the tarty little net book and the rest of the stuff with my own table. Good sized car park.
