This stylish hairdresser was founded in 1993 and is locally renowned for being the cutting edge of hair dressing. Every time I’ve been there it’s obvious that the friendly staff have been highly trained. The staff offered a wide range of tips and advice for my hair type and guidance to keep my hair in that ‘salon’ style (I’m sure they’ll do the same for you). They even offer you a drink whilst you wait! Artico stocks a wide range of professional hair care products including Aveda, Tigi, Loreal professional and Rocoon. This way they have the right product for your individual style. For example my hair is big, thick and curly and this can take a lot of managing; however the stylists took care of this by using hair products that would make my hair easier to manage. A great tip they told me is if your hair is thick/​curly then using taming products (if you’re not happy with your current style) and if you want to straighten your hair then straighten it in small sections using thin straightness. I loved how their products made my hair look and smell fabulous!
So all of this sounds great right? But it comes at a large price, which wasn’t so great if you’re on a budget or a student like me. Their price structure is determined by the training and professional experience of the stylist. Below is a list of their prices:
