I like to use this store it’s my local shop. It’s always been a nice friendly place to go into the owner and his lads are a great laugh, the girls that work there are always smiling and laughing, very helpful and enjoy working. It’s nice to walk into an environment like that,
Lately it hasn’t been the same…
No one feels like they want to be there, I don’t know what’s happened no ones upbeat anymore …
Not too long ago a new lad started, his english isn’t well, which is hard as most of the time he says «no we don’t sell that» then I find it somewhere or ask someone else and they say yes it’s over here and show me, sometimes I think it’s laziness like he doesn’t want to help. He doesn’t talk much on the till so I feel quite awkward when being served by him, he hardly smiles the service he gives me is terrible. All I can hope is he gets better with time and I don’t want this to affect my experience but it’s a shame about the post office, the lady behind the till is so rude and can’t even do most tasks. A few people around the area have always told me how bad she is. It’s wasn’t till the other day I realised when she snapped at another customer when I was waiting to be served, when it came to me it was like she didn’t want to help and just wanted to get me out the way, I felt horrible. I don’t think I’ll be using the post office again, it’s a shame really.
