I engaged Bramblewood Construction to build a oak framed garage. But for some reason they wouldn’t return my calls when I tried to talk to them about the project. After numerous attempts I finally caught someone in the office and he apologised and assured me (I was now very worried) that he would communicate better and not let me down.
They then became unavailable again and no amount of polite mails, texts and phone calls could get them to return my call (now desperately worried). They finally answered a call and told me they didn’t like talking to people and now didn’t feel like doing the work.
I’ve wasted 8 weeks waiting for them to do this work and they have now let me down when they pledged that they wouldn’t.
