Kwik-Fit

I used this company once and I certainly wouldn’t use them again here. I simply needed a new tyre but they insisted I have a free check on exhaust and all other tyres and after some fairly heavy persuasion I agreed to get all new tyres done and have them balanced as well. I now know this was not neccessary as three of the other tyres had a significant amount of tread on them but I felt rather pushed into it. The work was extremely quick and I was in and out very quickly. Unfortunately it was not long before I realised the car did not feel right, I took it back and realised one of the tyres had not been finished correctly and needed adjusting and such — I feel they are in so much of a hurry and under so much pressure to get as much work from you as they can, that the care is not really there and this impinges on the quality of work done
