Tasty Chicken

A mixed bag of fried chicken.
My husband is a dirty fried chicken fiend, and that is the only reason this is being reviewed! The menu is not that comprehensive, and often there are things that are unavailable. Stick with chicken and chips, and you’ll be ok. Sometimes the fried chicken has been passable and the coating tasty, but more often than not it is either over cooked and chewy or underdone and pale. Saying that, it is cheap and doesn’t skimp on the portions.
All in all, if we really want dirty fried chicken there are other chain places that are much better.

Well i have to 100% disagree with the review saying nice staff! Ok maybe some are, but the person who served my FRIEND not me! Needs to be sacked!!! I was standing there trying to figure out if i should buy a drink or wait till i get back to my flat… but he made a remark about me weight! And said «i am guessing she wants to buy number 10» (being the family bucket)…which prompted ONLY him to laugh! NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO P*** off… i’m not someone who doesn’t know about there weight it doesnt actually bother me as i am happy with who i am and what friends i have! But what this d** H** did is a form of bullying and doing it to someone he has never met and a customer!!! And if his manager if reading this then the time was about 11pm on 20/5/11…and this isn’t the last thing that is going to said about it!

Yes, this is the best value and the best chicken in town. I love their Bargain Buckets which are on special at the mo: o)

Best take away in town! Really good after party banter when the clubs kick out. Quality staff– Borat, Umbro and Taz. Legends. Best value for money 6 wings, chips and a drink for £2!!!
