I was here for the Albert Road band Fest and it was hot, hot, hot! The bar staff got a air con machine out and were smilely all day and all night.
Décor isn’t much but for the first time I don’t care — love it!

The citrus café is just the sort of place you would expect to find on Albert Road — small, unique and a much better atmosphere than any of global chain coffee places for example.
Whether you are after sipping some cold bottled lager from some faraway place, or recovering over a nice breakfast the day afer the night before, or just chilling with a drink and reading the Sunday paper Citrus café is the ideal place.
In the summer the whole front of the place opens up so you are right on Albert Road. It is not a huge place so at some times you might struggle for a seat but there is an upstairs too, though personally I think that it lacks the charm of atmosphere and charm of downstairs.
