Subway

This has recently opened on Stamford High Street and already seems to be a huge success in the town. It is predominantly a take a way but it also has a good sized seating area in the front and the rear of the premises and customer toilets.
Subway is a well known chain that sells a wide variety of sandwiches on 6 or 12 subway rolls. They also do a ‘sub of the day’ which is a reduced price subway for a set filling just that day. They are open seven days a week.
The food is freshly prepared several times a day and I was very pleased to witness the staff doing the correct temperature checks routinely on all of the food. The premises are very clean and hygienically at a very high standard.
The staff all seem very friendly and although some are still in training the service is swift and faultless.
A very welcome and much needed addition to Stamford.
