Pretty similar to most other Burger Kings. This one has upstairs and downstairs seating. I find the décor and furniture very drab and outdated, not to mention uncomfortable (though I have heard that fast food chains deliberately design their furniture to be uncomfortable so that you leave quickly!) I haven’t been particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the eating areas, which has put me off eating. I also think that the tables are too close together and you can hear other people’s conversations far too clearly. It’s always very busy, and they take a pretty long time to serve which kind of defeats the object of fast food.
What with this BK’s location in the Town Centre, there is no drive through. I always prefer to drive through with these places rather than going in to order.

The food is ok, but the service is absolutely awful. From the few times I have been there, I have ended up waiting for about 10 – 20 minutes for the food. There was also some very distractive behaviour from certain people.

This restaurant is ok. In its own right the staff are ok and fairly helpful, but the food is not as good as macdonalds.
The chips are horrid and crispy and the burgers just dont match up with macdonalds I’m afraid.
Good effort in trying to be a competitor.
