The Co-op isn’t a bad little place to hit if you’re in need of food and drink but this store isn’t one of the biggest and the range seems to be pretty limited and the cost a lot higher than shopping at a real supermarket. There’s an onsite bakery, plenty of fresh fruit and vege and all the usual fresh, tinned and frozen produce — plus there’s a full counter service selling cigarettes, lottery and medicines(although pretty low in terms of range — there is a Boots pharmacy next door so I’d say check this out instead) The range of booze is pretty limited, beer choice is lacking in inspiration and the wine is your standard selection. The Co-op just coasts really, it serves a purpose but nothing particularly special about this operation.
