Food was delivered correctly and on time. Was disappointed by the food. Madras had a strange texture and also was the first madras I have ever had that contained pineapple.

We have had food from Akbar’s takeaway many times and have always found it to be very high quality and very reasonably priced. They have a few good vegetarian choices; their vegetable korma is delicious, and they do a mean peshwari naan bread. I would strongly recoomend this takeway, it’s my first choice for an Indian takeaway in the area. The portion sizes are massive; one meal is more than enough for two people, we always have leftovers for the next day. We’ve never been disappointed with the service or the quality of the food.
