Toys ‘R’ Us

Last christmas after spending a day going round the shops at teeside park I arived at toys r us only to be told by an ignorant doorman that I was not allowed in with my shopping, I left after giving him a piece of my mind. I have been back for items for my grand daughter earlier this year spending several hundreds of pounds.
My mistake, this weekend I returnd to change two items of clothing for a larger size as she is growing faster than we anticipated, refused due to the fact we could not find the reciept even though they still have the bar coded tags and seals attached. will not be returing, they have made a big mistake as all 3 of our children had £1000’s spent on them in this store while they were growing, our grand daughter will be getting her toys etc from other outlets.

Toys R Us is in a great location at Teesside Retail Park. The store stocks a wide range of toys, games and electronics. If doing your Christmas shopping it is best to buy early, a with any good toy store this one sells it’ toys quickly and by Christmas the shelves are literally empty. Good place to buy cheap computers and electronics and staff service is okay.

This store is fab. convenient location and free parking. I went in there once thinking i was getting a couple of bits but ended up buying something big. I needed to go to the other shops and didn’t want to leave it in the car so asked at the counter and they said i could leave it they until i’d finished.
The store has a wide selection of toys, games and puzzles and had all of the latest toys.
I totally love the shops babies r us department. I bought all the matching things from pushchairs and bedding to bottles and bibs. The things in there are gorgeous.

Toys r us id a convenient toy shop located onTeeside Park retial park. There is a lot of free parking. Essentially a warehouse filled with a huge selection of toys and baby stuff. Prices are keen and there are always a lot of special offers and reductions, meaning that overall products offer good value for money.
However, its happened to me a couple of times that I’ve been charged more at the till than the price shown, or I’ve been chaged for an item on a buy 2 get 1 free offer. Staff are generally in short supply and unhelpful.

Surprisingly enough, this is my children’s favourite shop. I can’t imagine why!!! It’s located on Teesside Retail Park and has free parking outside. It does open late, which I often find is the best time to shop there as it’s quieter During the day it’s an absolute nightmare — I always regret taking the children in because it’s so hard to get them out again!
This store does carry a pretty large stock range, all kinds of toys and games, including computer games and consoles. They also have a section called Babies R Us which is given over to baby equipment (I know, quelle suprise!) like cots and car seats, baby clothes, nappies etc.
I do like Toys R Us, they have loads of stuff to choose from. On the downside, however, it’s almost impossible to find a staff member out on the shop floor (except for in the computer games section) if you need help. Also, the queues for the check outs seem to take ages.
