This Sainsburys is good for parking as there is a lot of space and it is rare for it to be full. The store itself is big, with lots of produce, but as I don’t shop here regularly, I always find it hard to find what I am looking for, particularly if I am in a hurry. The bakery section is very nice, however, and they bake their own bread. The fresh food is usually good and it is unusual for this store to run out of items, which I have noticed in some others. The staff are helpful if you are looking for something, the toilets are clean and the checkouts don’t tend to get too busy. As with all Sainsburys, however, the prices are not as cheap as some other supermarkets. Good to go here if you are shopping in Hanley and need to pick up some groceries — alternatively, you can try Tesco in the town centre or Morrisons on Festival Park.

This is a very good sainsburys, there is a massive car park with plenty of disabled spots. The store is very big, with wide aisles, so very good for disabled. The store is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. They have always got a good range of freshly baked bread, a good selection of cakes. The shelfs are always well stocked, with quiet a few special offers. There is a big café, where the food is great.
