Very poor after sales service. Dans still haven’t sent the V5 to the DVLA, after we purchased the bike at the end of June. Dealer won’t respond to emails and when called said that it had been overlooked and they would send it straight away. This appears to be untrue as DVLA have no record of it arriving, in the couple of weeks since that conversation. We will now have to obtain a new V5 and may have to take the bike off the road until this is supplied as the first MOT and a tax renewal are due soon. This bike has also been readvertised on EBAY several times since being sold to us, despite us repeatedly asking the dealer to remove the advert. So 7 weeks after buying from them we still have a mess to sort out
I also have my doubts about the servicing that this bike was meant to have had, difficult to prove anything but the spacer for the primary transmission chain adjuster hadn’t been removed at the first service or any other service. This is a vital part of the first service on these bikes. It didn’t look as though any of the bolts had been touched by tools before. Maybe they have a very neat mechanic.
