Leanne told us that she had liability insurance so we hired her. Our range cooker legs were damaged during the transportation. Because her lads did not accept any responsibility she told us that she was not accepting responsibility. The job was to pick up the cooker from one house and pick up other items from another house. She considered this to be a third party involved. How redicilous !!! We phoned her on three occasions to try and negotiate and resolve but she was unreliable each time. In the end we payed £25 to fix the legs but the legs were scratched. We asked for £25 to resolve and she said she would give us £12.50 what an insult !!!
