Pontardulais Pet Centre

This is a large and diverse pet store, having a wide range of livestock, foods and pet accesories.
They have tortoises, snakes and lizards as well as the more usual rabbits, hamsters and small birds.
They also sell duck food — which is always a hit with the kids (there is a large pond attached to the garden centre with quite a lot of ducks and other fowl)
I think it is a family run concern and the staff do seem knowledgeable about their products.
They stock a good range of cat and dog foods but recently stopped our rabbits brand which is Delta and sold us something which was supposed to be the equivalent but the rabbit would not touch it. I know get this from the Countrywide store in Carmarthen.
I do find that customer service does not seem to be a priority as you can sometimes feel you are intruding when asking the staff about a particular query.
