I went here for some drinks and I can honestly say the bar-​tender was great and knew how to make his cocktails. He was really experienced and knew his stuff. Started the night here and if in the area, I will come back.

Takes an age to get to the toilet. Noway near as good as either of the Cardiff stores. I also find them very slow with your orders, and I once ended up sending back a cocktail 3 times!

Had a great meal there. Real filling burgers ! And very friendly staff who sang a bday song for me. A four as I went there previously and the chips was burnt and cold with me and my friends. Steak was ok too, Cheers

Customer service is very poor and the food is not very good either. Most restaurants of this type serve similar food but this is microwave cooking at its worst. I have visited on 3 occasions and every single time it has been disappointing.

Would echo what’s already been said here. Had to wait to be seated, ages for the food to arrive and when it did it was over cooked-​wished I hadn’t bothered. One star as the staff were trying to be friendly even if it did come over as disingenious.

Over priced and customer service needs a radical overhaul. Directly opposite is Frankie and Bennies which offers a better overall experience. Disabled access is really great and with a car park nearby it is a great place to take the children. The ribs are my personal favourite but after the service has taken a nosedive Frankie and Bennies has become my restaurant of choice. The décor however is amazing as you would expect but far to generic for my liking.

Simlar to Frankie and Benny’s but I love that sort of thing. Tasty food, reasonably priced. Nice décor, generally clean. I always find it hard picking from the menu as there is so much choice, too much choice. Could have more hotly spiced food, TGI in America has alot more spicy options.

I had a friend who kept nagging me to go to TGI Friday for nearly a year so one day I succumbed and gave it a try. I was not very impressed at all, first of all I was kept waiting to be seated for a while even though it didn’t seem very busy. Then when I did order I was waiting for around 45 minutes for my meal to arrive and when it did, it was overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place on my experience although my friend still rates the place so maybe I was unlucky. Unfortunately it is surrounded by quite a few nice places to eat so I probably won’t be going back there.
