Arranged for quotation and when they didn’t turn up, I called them and asked where they were. They didn’t have my address. Fair enough. However, rather than call me to let me know, they decided to lie and say they had e-mailed me and called me and left voicemail messages. Unlikely. Didn’t have a single e-mail, missed call, or message from them. When I mentioned this, Terry Naylor was very rude to me on the phone and hung up.
